Shipping & Delivery
All of our items ship within the continental US. We have done our best to estimate shipping costs for a quick checkout for you. However, each of our items is unique, so if you have a question or concern about shipping, or if you would like to arrange your own shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We ship small items USPS and can arrange appropriate shipping services for larger or fragile items. Please allow 3 business days for processing in addition to transit time. Some oversized and fragile items require specialty packing to assure their safe arrival. We work with local shipping and packing specialist on these items and often need a few extra days for them to pick up these items for packing and shipping.
We will make adjustments if needed for multiple purchases so that they can ship in the safest, yet most economical way possible. If you have any questions about multiple purchase shipments let us know so we can work a solution that works best for you.
Items that are purchased for local pick up have one week from date of purchase to either be picked up, or have delivery arrangements made. Items left over 1 week will be returned to stock for sale and you will be refunded back the cost of the item minus 25% restocking/processing fee. (We do understand that life happens, so if you are unable to pick your item up, please call and let us know so that we can make arrangements)
Worried about how you're going to get that big credenza you just purchased home in your sporty little hatchback? No worries!
Rocket Century has teamed up with local and semi-long distance delivery personnel for competitive rates! Basic local delivery for one piece within 10 miles is $85. This means the piece does not have to be taken apart to load, and can be delivered to a first floor space easily. There is an up-charge for disassembling pieces for delivery, and for flights of stairs beyond basic front steps. Additional up-charges may apply for multiple pieces and degree of difficulty in delivery of specific pieces. All of this is determined prior to delivery for a clear quote before your pieces are delivered safely.
Delivery Arrangements can also be made with The Green Shag Market for items purchased through our location there. This is also a separate charge and all arrangements are made directly through them. All payments are made to them and their staff separately. You will need to ask them directly about their delivery costs and policies.
*Personnel doing deliveries are NOT working as employees of Rocket Century and are not paid by Rocket Century. All arrangements for deliveries are made by them, and payments are made directly to them at time of delivery. All deliveries are PAID IN CASH at time of delivery. You will be given a specific quote ahead of time. Drivers do not carry change or additional cash. Please have exact amount for them as quoted.*
